Its controlling shareholder is Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Industry Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Hangzhou, the company takes Zhejiang as its industrial development center and has established production bases in Jiangxi, Yunnan, and Inner Mongolia, employing over 8,000 people. CONBA boasts a strong portfolio of major brands, including the nationally renowned trademarks CONBA, Qianliekang, Tianbaoning, and well-known brands like Jindi and Jinaokang. - Jinhua CONBA conducted a full lifecycle carbon footprint verification for its production of Kanamycin and produced a detailed report.2022
- CONBA was recognized as a Provincial Green and Low-Carbon Factory in Zhejiang in 2022.
- The company measured the carbon footprint across the full lifecycle of its primary product, Ginkgo Leaf Tablets, and generated a report. The results show that the carbon footprint of Ginkgo Leaf Tablets is less than 0.2 tCO2e. Additionally, the carbon intensity of CONBA Traditional Chinese Medicine is classified as low-carbon within Zhejiang Province.
- The company's Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction (Carbon Emissions) Leadership Team, following local government requirements, has conducted greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions verification and promoted GHG reduction efforts to actively address climate change. Both the company’s Botanical Medicine Industrial Park and CONBA Traditional Chinese Medicine have completed GHG emissions verification assessment reports.
